Scholarship value/inclusions
Scholars may earn up to €744 per month as a stipend. In addition, there is a €300 monthly flat-rate study fee that all students are welcome to utilize. Scholars may additionally receive a contribution to health insurance of up to €71 and long-term care insurance of up to €15 per month, depending on their circumstances. A family stipend of €155 per month is available to scholars with children. The scholarship does not need a repayment.
During the financing term, the Foundation supports abroad by subsidizing travel costs, tuition fees, and foreign health insurance, particularly for study or research stays language courses and internships of up to 12 months.
Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Scholarships For 2021 – Eligibility
Applicants may be Germans, international students with a high school diploma, or refugees. Individuals dedicated to society should apply, for example, by active engagement in the student council, youth work, participation in associations and NGOs, or involvement in political groups that align with Friedrich Ebert Stiftung’s principles.
