The Skoltech University Scholarship 2024 is the second-best scholarship opportunity in Russia after the Russian Government Scholarship via Open Doors. We do not need the GRE, SAT, or IELTS, and we do not charge an application processing fee. An individual may apply for a full Skoltech University Scholarship 2024, including lodging, a monthly stipend to cover living expenses, medical insurance, and a free plane ticket (relocation help).

Skoltech University offers a Fully Funded Scholarship to qualified international students. These scholarships cover a wide range of subjects:
- The university covers full payment of tuition.
- An application fee is unnecessary.
- Earn 40,000 rubles monthly with an MSc stipend.
- 70,000 rubles monthly is the PhD stipend.
- Health insurance will be an option.
- Relocation services will be provided at no cost.
- Variety of programs that enable students to move between different universities.
A separate application for funding does not exist. All applications are automatically funded.
All doctorate and Master’s degree applicants will receive a stipend in addition to your health insurance and full tuition.

Skoltech University Scholarship 2024 – Eligibility Criteria
- You can apply if you are a local or international student.
- For the Master’s program, you need a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- For the doctoral program, you need a Master’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
You can also apply if you are an undergraduate in your last year.
- If you already have a master’s degree, you don’t need to take the TOEFL or IELTS.
- Don’t worry about submitting your General GRE results with your Skoltech application.
- There are no minimal GPA requirements.
