The application session for the Government of Romania Fully Funded Scholarships 2022 has opened. Romania’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs supports the Scholarship. The Romanian Government Scholarship allows students to complete a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree program in Romanian universities, all fully supported. Government of Romania Fully Funded Scholarships 2022 – Required Documents
- Diplomatic letter from the country of origin accredited to Bucharest or the Romanian embassy in the land of birth or residency, b. Romanian Embassy letter
- A perfectly completed MFA scholarship application form (APPENDIX 1); A completed MER scholarship application form (APPENDIX 2); an adequately completed Letter of Acceptance to Study in Romania.
- If an official translation into another language is necessary (such as Romanian or French), certified copies of the student’s earned academic credentials (such as a baccalaureate degree or its equivalent) and their licensed translations
- The official transcripts and translations of matriculation sheets/diploma supplements are connected to graduate courses, if necessary.
- a certified English, French, or Romanian translation of the applicant’s birth certificate; and
- a duplicate of the first three leaves of your passport; and
- a letter from a doctor stating that the individual participating in the research has not been diagnosed with

- Passport-sized photographs of recent events are required.
If you are a candidate in one of the following categories, you may expect to see these papers in your application:
First, a copy and a legalized translation of the name change proof (if appropriate) are required.
Second, the copy and verified translation of the certificate for the current year’s graduates certifying their passage of the baccalaureate, bachelor, master, or doctoral exam.
Certificate of completion of the prior year of the Romanian language or a certificate of language proficiency, if applicable.
A statement on parental permission is required (in one of the following languages: English, French or Romanian).

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s and master’s degrees need a minimum age of 35, while doctoral degrees require 45.
