People from any country can apply to the programmers.
- The programmer is open to students in their third year of college.
- Students who will be done with school before the fellowship starts cannot apply. Fellowship will start in May of 2022, and it will last for two years.
- People in a three-year Bachelor’s Degree Program, like those in the UK, must be in their second year.
